Waxtasia Points and Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. Participation and Eligibility

• Automatic Enrolment: By creating an account on our website, you are automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program.
• Agreement to Terms: Participation in the program constitutes your full agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
• Eligibility: Membership is limited to individuals for personal use only. Business or commercial entities are not eligible to participate.

2. Earning Points

• Purchase Points: Earn points based on the total value of qualifying product purchases.
• Sign-up Bonus: A one-time point bonus is awarded to new registered users upon successful account creation.
• Exclusions: Points are not earned on shipping costs, taxes, or non-product service fees.
• Refunds and Cancellations: If an order is refunded, cancelled, or fails, the points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted from your balance.

3. Referral Programme

• Qualified Referrals: A referral is successful when a new customer (the "Referee") uses your unique referral link to complete their first purchase.
• Reward Distribution: Points are credited to your account once the Referee’s order is marked as "Completed."
• Anti-Fraud: You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn points. System-detected fraud or abuse will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all points and the termination of the offenders account.

4. Redeeming Points

• Checkout Redemption: Points can only be redeemed as a direct discount during the checkout process. Our system allows you to apply your available balance toward your current order total.
• Product-Only Restriction: Redemption is strictly limited to the purchase price of products. Points cannot be applied toward shipping fees, taxes, or other non-product charges.
• No Cash Value: Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for currency or credit.
• Combining Discounts: Points redeemed at checkout cannot be combined with other promotional codes or site-wide sales unless explicitly stated.

5. Expiration and Program Changes

• Points Expiration: Points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change point earning rates, redemption values, or to terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

6. Data Privacy

• Data Usage: We process your name, email, and order history to manage your rewards account.
• Tracking: We use cookies to link a Referee’s purchase to your account. By sharing your link, you acknowledge that we will process the Referee’s order status to trigger your reward.
• Notifications: You will receive automated emails regarding your points balance and status. You can manage these notifications in your My Account Dashboard.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.
